Hummus with Roasted Red Peppers

4 garlic clove
1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
chopped roasted red peppers
chopped olives
2. Spread hummus on Panetini and top with roasted red peppers and olives. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

1 29 oz. can drained garbanzo beans (chickpeas)4 garlic clove

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients, except roasted red peppers and olives, to the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.2. Spread hummus on Panetini and top with roasted red peppers and olives. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
