Cherry tomatoes, bell pepper and green beans with garlic Parmesan toast croutons.
Ingredients
- 1 package Garlic Parmesan Panetini®
- 1/2 pint halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 chopped red bell pepper
- 6 oz blanched green beans, cut into 1-inch-long pieces
- 4 thinly sliced green onions
Directions

Combine toast, broken into ½-inch chunks, tomatoes, peppers, beans and onions.
- Blend vinaigrette ingredients in blender or processor until emulsified.

Combine vinaigrette with toast mixture; let sit 15 minutes to combine flavor.
