Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 14 oz. can drained
coarsely chopped artichoke hearts
1 box well drained frozen spinach
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup shredded Montery Jack or Mozzarella cheese
May substitute with other varieties New York Style® Sea Salt Bagel Crisps


1. Spray inside of 1- to 2 ½-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Stir in artichoke hearts, spinach and bell pepper.
2. Spoon into slow cooker. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese.
3. Cover and cook on low heat setting 1 hour or until cheese is melted.

Serve with New York Style brand Premium Deli Snacks.

Alternate Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe container and heat on high setting, stirring every few minutes until dip is warm and cheese is melted.
