Hummus With Roasted Red Peppers Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 29-oz. can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- Chopped roasted red peppers
- Chopped olives
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Original Panetini®
Directions
- Add all ingredients, except roasted red peppers and olives, to the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.

Spread hummus on toast and top with roasted red peppers and olives.
- Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
