3 halved and pitted Haas avocados
1 finely chopped(reserve 2 Tbsp. for garnish) medium tomato
3 pressed or finely chopped garlic clove
2 tsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro


1. Using a fork or pastry blender, smash the avocados in a medium bowl.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and garnish with chopped tomato.
3. Serve with Pita Chips.
