- A delicious bruschetta with fresh garlic and plum tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 8 seeded and diced ripe plum tomatoes
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 bag Garlic Parmesan Panetini®
Directions
- Mix tomatoes, basil, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and onion.
