8 seeded and diced ripe plum tomatoes
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped onion

1. Mix tomatoes, basil, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and onion
